He is a thought leader in the area of social license for industry and how the changing nature of work is impacting on the reputation of both industry and government.
Daniel has consulted to a range of Western Australian sectors, including energy, resources, primary industries, manufacturing, tourism, hospitality, transport and government. He has directed research and advertising for multiple WA general election campaigns.

Karen Luscombe is a highly respected researcher and a trusted advisor to leaders in industry, government and the community sector.
She has directed research for a wide range of clients into community attitudes, advertising and campaign effectiveness, customer use and perceptions of services, corporate image, service benchmarks, and the measurement of community attitudes for the development of effective communication strategies. Karen is a keen interpreter of qualitative and quantitative data and a senior analyst of research information.
From a background in psychology, specialising in social research, Karen has expertise in a range of areas of social and commercial research. Prior to entering market research full-time, Karen taught behavioural medicine with particular interests in research design and critical analysis.
She has conducted research across a range of sectors, including community development, environmental management, health, policing, education, small business, export promotion, public transport, telecommunications, occupational health and safety, road safety, advertising, local government and resource development.
Karen is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society of Australia (AMSRS) and a Qualified Practicing Researcher (QPR). She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
James Lamev has many years’ experience in market research, community attitude studies and public campaign development. He is a senior researcher, with extensive experience in research design, analysis, focus group facilitation and the preparation of strategic advice for a range of clients. He is especially interested and experienced in transforming qualitative research into practical information useful for communicating important messages.
James is highly experienced in transforming research into key messages for advertising and mass communications. He is also highly experienced in establishing and collecting information using advanced computer systems, including long-term programs of data collection using sophisticated sampling techniques.
James is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society of Australia (AMSRS), a former chairman of the AMSRS (WA) Field Management Committee and a former member of the AMSRS (WA) Committee.
James is accredited as a Qualified Practicing Researcher (QPR). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.
